Joseph has been a lover of cycling since 1987 starting out racing in the junior fields in 1988 before wrapping up a his “serious” cycling career with two seasons racing in Belgium and one season touring the national circuit in the mid-1990's.

Some years after ending his full time cycling career Joseph’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the launching of a small business focused on real estate and mortgages. Joseph has combined his passion for cycling and the real estate/mortgage business by being a sponsor of cyclists throughout California since 2006; giving back roughly $75,000 to the sport that has given him so much.
